@@decorumpantroglodytes5962 1. Scp 682 cannot be killed 2. Scp 076 could be a use to deal with 096 so if people look at his face he will still be focus on Able
3:21 for those of you who didn't realize, after Abel's body dies a new one will generate inside the coffin he is kept place inside. SCP 096 realized he was alive and again and instantly went after the coffin.
@@chickensgobblegobble681 Well, scp 682 had a draw with 096, and 106 was only able to kill it with its god powers, not physical strength. That's the thing, 096 does have essentially infinite physical strength, but that doesn't make it infinitely powerful. It's still vulnerable to psychic attacks and teleportation and other anomalous attacks. But we do know that even the scp foundation doesn't know of any physical material that can contain 096. But it could theoretically still be contained in other dimensions, or in reality warping areas, since those couldn't be escaped by brute strength.
@@jordizierz3395 Bruh there is nothing called God powers in Entire Existence even The scp world only the God Who created everything has it and has more and more (Unlimited Power).
SCP_096 (Shy Guy): Basic-yet-effective fighting prowess. Possible high combat experience (exact age of 096 is unknown). Can detect and track down anyone who views upon it's face, by either pre-recorded or pictorial means, no matter the location. Mainly uses inhuman strength and occasional predatory instincts in a fight. Incredible endurance and virtual invulnerability allows it to withstand devastating firepower of high military-grade weapons. Inhuman levels of speed (capable of running 35+ kmp/h). Regenerative healing factor. SCP_076 (Abel): Master Combatant. Many millennia of combat experience. Capable of summoning an arsenal of blades which can cut through thick steel like a hot knife through butter. Superhuman Strength, Speed, and Reflexes (Is able to outrun or bat away 50 cal. + rounds in midair and could run long meters within seconds). Above-human levels of durability and virtual immortality. Can withstand weaponry ranging from conventional to moderate military grade. Reanimation and varied time of awakening upon death.
Is 096 immortal or something? Like there must be a way to kill it. Or are all scps immortal? Cuz 096 even when reduced to skeletons by 343 still was able to function as a killer skeleton and Abel can just get reborn right?
@@adamvarghesesatish3337 abel is always reborn in the coffin, but we arent sure if an scp can destroy it, scp 096 can regenerate itself even if there is just a tiny speck of bone remaining, so the only way would be to actually destroy everybone to an atomic level (we dont know if even an atom of himself would be enough for it to regenerate). 173 is one of the only known scp that can break those bones (yeah, even 682 cant break those). there is a story (not many people believe it, me included) where dr dan used 173 to break its spinal chord and use lots of acid to destroy them from the inside (not very believable because if acid cant destroy outside it obviously cant destroy inside but ok) and that is one of the only stories where he is killed
@@mohamedmattievichgoapper2949 depends if bones function like humans and other animals. The layer of hard bone is outside while the inside is soft tissue. This could be the same for scp 096
@@adamvarghesesatish3337 096 is only humanoid in shape, but taking in care that it COMPLETELY melted it then we can assure that its just bs. We cant even be sure if he can regenerate from atoms
If you think about it carefully, Abel is like a 682, but a little less broken, because like the reptile, it has a certain degree of immortality, the reptile seems more efficient, but when Abel dies, he only reappears in his, grave? He probably remembers his previous combat with whatever killed him before, that's why I think he adapts according to the enemy he faces, and each time he fails, his opponent's chance of victory becomes smaller and smaller, until eventually , such probability does not exist.
Yeah doesn’t matter since 96 doesn’t die as well and comes closer to 682s regenerative ability’s while able just wakes up in his grave again. If he remembers the fight with 96 that means he also remembers it’s face which would mean 96 would instantly go back to able and kill him countless of times again and maybe even his grave so yeah. Combat experience doesn’t matter against 96 since it’s always a lot stronger and basically unstoppable
@@GodfreyFirstEldenLord tienes razón en ese punto, pero tambien puede ser que cada vez le dé más pelea a 096, siento que terminaría algo similar a cuando 096 se enfrentó a 682
Cain has like a specialist thorns, he won’t be afflicted by the damage output and only feel it with no wound, and whatever force is put onto him is put back to the attacker
Fun fact: SCP-076 [Able] can remember memories from his previous lives, and when he realizes 096's face when he finishes regenerating in his coffin and comes out, 096 will basically hunt down 076 infinitely.
The foundation won't let this happen. Because if someone saw 096's F A C E and 096 escapes, then 076 can escape if he revives when 096 is gone, and he will cause havoc on site until 096 returns and kills him.
@Red Right Hand Impossible. 076 cannot kill 096. Because 096 didn't even flinch when impacted by an anti tank rocket, and the survivor of Zulu 9-A said 600 rounds of 50 BMG was nothing more than spitting on it.
@Red Right Hand But 096 cannot be stopped once someone saw its F A C E. When 096 was put into 682's chamber, 096 fucked 682 hard by reducing it to 15% of its original body mass before giving up. Abel ain't a indestructible being that 096 cannot kill.
@Red Right Hand Shy guy is an indestructible being that cannot be killed and cannot be stopped once someone saw its F A C E unless the target is also an indestructible being like SCP-682. But Abel ain't indestructible. Shy Guy doesn't leave a body after it kills its victims. And it makes it quick on killing its targets. 076 might have a chance of killing 096. But considering 096's indestructible nature and high obsession with killing all being who saw its F A C E, I doubt about 076 is able to kill 096.
2:39 the fact that Abel had the strength to hold back the shy guy for a few seconds shows how strong he is. the shy guy could outmatch 682 and 343 in strength.

that feat is overrated, because of its resilient nature and superhuman levels of strength. Of course its going to destroy armies and groups of soldiers
Pretty accurate, since unless 76/Able is able to damage 96 bones any other damage really doesn't matter, lore states that 96 has been eviscerated with it having little no effect on it's ability to function. The same can't be said for 76.
@@navenlaben 96 may or may not figure out about the regeneration coffin, if he doesnt know what it does he will just wait for 76 to come out and keep killing him, if he figures it out he will destroy the coffin so 76 stays dead
@@cynicalnitro8416You may want to read 076-2's portion of his actual file. Abel is the epitome of superhuman, emphasizing the human part. Abel can be damaged and killed by conventional weaponry, him reanimating later doesn't negate that fact.
I am curious about how a cross-test between these two would turn out. For example, what happens when Able reforms? Does he still count as someone who observed 096's face or does the new body count as a new observer?
He would still have the memory of 096's face so theoretically yes 096 would keep going after him forever 096 may get the hint he regenerates inside of the tomb so he might just destroy the entire thing
Dr Bright: "Hope you enjoy dealing with the ultimate spawn camper, Abel!" Abel: "Assuming 096 does not kill you first, I will have your head, Bright!" Meanwhile, 682 laughs
682 didn't won. 682 and 096's battle was a draw. 096 fucked 682 for 27 hours and reduced 682 to 15% of its original body mass. And 096 was damaged only a bit.

Fro anyone that doesn’t know this able can’t die even if he does then he will recover then he will come back to life and 096 might come after him again
But is SCP-096 really brainless/non-sapient ...? ... or is it a failure of the SCP to truly understand its nature ...? After all, if it doesn't attack 999, nor, depending upon which version, 049, so maybe it has a tormented soul that flies into a rage due to how badly it has been treated by humans, so it treats all it sees as a threat to itself to be eliminated ... ... but, when exposed to another SCP that shows it both either friendliness (999), or actual empathy/loving-kindness (049), it becomes pacified ... ... and perhaps that explains why 096 becomes hysterical before flying into that utter rage ... And that's not entirely speculation. My younger sister is severely disabled. Even from when I was young, I noticed a pattern (that my parents chose to ignore ...) that she had, where she would burst into hysterical crying and laughing, alternately in seconds, before flying into aggression, which often required her to be physically restrained - but not overly so - to help calm her down ... Of course I'm not saying that my sister is anything like 096 - for that would be not only extremely crass, but negates just how protective I am of her - but, given even I don't know how much she is aware of (which, given the abuse our parents put her through, is a terrifying thought that she remembers all of that ...), since there is no way for her to meaningfully communicate, there's no way of knowing how intelligent she is ... ... that's something that future writers of 096 should consider ... that it is not only sapient, but intelligent. Its simply the lack of meaningful communication, and imagination on the Foundation's part, to understand that, instead of treating it as some mindless monster, given that predators are frequently 'smarter' than their prey, then, being locked inside a featureless, 125m³ box, with no stimuli, that would be more than enough to drive anyone, or anything, to insanity ...
@@RobertPacocha-yu8li Unlike 682, 096 isn't sapient being with higher brain function. But we can speculate 096 has some kind of high intelligence to track down its victims.
1:42 according to the laws of physics, do you know what's even harder than throwing a big fucking sword really fast? Throwing a big fucking sword really fast forward while flying backwards really fast. Able is a fucking badass
According to Jonathan Collier's theory, SCP-096, also known as Shy Guy, was originally a human created by a plague doctor in the French Alps. The doctor's process mutated Shy Guy into his current form, which is a combination of the doctor's treatments and tinkering, and possibly DNA from other anomalous creatures. The doctor designed Shy Guy to destroy the pestilence, but Shy Guy became infected during the process, which means that anyone who sees his face will also catch the pestilence.Shy Guy's programming forces him to destroy anyone he sees, but because the doctor's programming was incomplete when he was corrupted hince why Shy Guy only hunts those he has infected via them seeing his face.
