To give some reference, Dr Bright is the soul necklace that allows bright to effectively live forever as long as he’s had someone touch it/wear it as he transfers into their body if his current one dies. Bright has the potential to be canonically immortal, so bright being dead means that there is literally no one left.

For everyone who didn't really understand what happened, basically, if you took all the info from the document here is the series of events that happen: Keller from SCP universe 2 (which I will now call Keller-2) was contacted by Site 81 in his universe, since he was close to Joppa to check a signal coming from Joppa. he arrives at the Cave of SCP-2935 in his universe, and he goes in alone (since he was sent there for a quick survey of the situation) and finds himself in SCP Universe 3, which he finds completely dead, he calls it in and goes back through the cave to SCP Universe 2, and now finds it dead just like SCP Universe 3. he goes back to Site 81 of SCP universe 2 and confirms that he really is the last person here. he doesn't understand what happened and ultimately un-alives himself, since he's the last living thing in the universe. now onto SCP universe 1, or SCP Universe Prime, our SCP Universe. when SCP Universe 2 died, Site 81, detecting that everyone in the location is dead, sends an emergency alert, which goes through SCP-2935 (which has now transferred it's connection to SCP universe Prime instead of SCP Universe 3), and reaches Site 81 in Universe Prime. 8 days pass before the Site could detect where it came from, and when they discovered it was in Joppa, they sent Mobile Task force "Manifest Destiny", which includes Keller from SCP Universe Prime. Everything proceeds just like the Vid, Manifest Destiny goes in, they stay in, sending all evidence and samples using drones through the cave. they get reinforcments, they get to Site 81 in SCP universe 2 and find the dead SCPs. here is one of the things the video doesn't cover. The Team actually finds Keller-2's body in a locked room, the only body decomposing in SCP universe 2. Keller-prime apparently found a hidden encrypted audio log that Keller-2 made, it was Keller-2 trying to rationalize what happened, but basically, here is what Keller-2's came to the conclusion of: "I came into the cave, saw everything dead, went back through the cave to report findings. and now everything is dead here. something in that cave followed me here, maybe it needed me to go through to my universe, maybe it actually just me. if it was in that universe (meaning universe 3) and I brought it here, that means I am death. I'm gonna lock myself away and kill myself. what's one more body? but wait....I just realized...If you're listening to this. You're death too." Keller-prime after listening to the audio, realizes he can't let anyone from Manifest Destiny to go back through the cave and kill everything. and so, after they send their most recent batch of samples with a drone, he pretends to accidentally lockdown Site 81 in SCP universe 2 and accidentally activate the on-site nuke, killing the entire team. in the last drone that carried the last samples, Keller-prime included a message for the Foundation in Universe Prime to seal the cave.

The key difference was that one of the universes Keller was accompanied by others fully prepared to stay for days, while the other Keller, the one that bought death to his universe, was alone, when he was reported of the "alert message" and was close to the signal, so he went to inspect quickly, no preparation, no staying, just a quick look around and return. And then happened what happened.

while this is a great work, you missed something. Manifest Destiny did find 1 rotting corpse, which was Keller. The Keller on the mission in the prime dimension listened to the audio logs the mirror him had recorded and realized that the team couldn't go back, otherwise they'd kill their old dimension. So he set off the warhead in Site 19 to kill the whole team so there was no chance anyone would go back.

At first I thought that this is connected to Lily's Proposal, also called "The World's Gone Beautiful," as it was said that "The World's Gone Beautiful" was only a pre-apocalyptic occurrence, which is likely to be followed by all life on Earth dying. However the lack of both awareness, peace, and mention of flowers that the mirror Foundation had in SCP-2935 negated this. Would have been really cool if they really were connected, though. It started going that way at first, at least.

How exactly did they *accidentally* turn on the nuclear warhead failsafe? More specifically, the exact failsafe from the base that they have been working at for who knows how many years? You'd think they knew how the failsafe gets enabled and would have been careful to not do that without a good reason (massive uncontrollable containment breach). Most likely they figured out that it would follow them back to their reality so they intentionally chose to blow themselves up.

I remember watching this back when SCP Explained had only released 4-5 videos. You've grown greatly since then.

This was amazing however you unfortunately did miss one little detail something that changes things up and makes a shocking revelation. Keller from dimension prime discovered his body,however unlike the others something was different. his body was decomposing as it seemed that his body still had alive cells and when running tests they discovered that he was alive when the incident occurred. Keller from the mirror dimension makes a statement in his note about how after he came back from the third dimension everyone he ever knew died and he was the only survivor. he realizes that there is some sort of being that travels from dimension to dimension through this cave and every time it latches on to Keller and whenever he comes back through the portal it enters the new dimension and kills everything. I don't remember the specific quote but he says something along the lines of he wasn't sure whether it was an entity that just latched on to him or maybe he was the embodiment of death, he was the scp, but regardless he was the key to it all. He was what caused the Extinction event. Keller prime after realizing this information decided to stay in the mirror world triggering the facilities nuclear failsafe with him and his team inside to ensure that whatever it was whether it was him or some entity, would never escape they committed suicide to save our universe. However the thing I found funny about this SCP is because Keller still had living cells on his body, life would one day return it would take billions of years but regardless life would one day come back. The bacteria and cells inside of his body would spread grow as his body decomposes reaching other bodies decomposing them and so on so forth creating a cycle until one day life grows back, there's a lot of questions that the SCP brings up but like a good SCP none of them are definitively answered and instead it's up to you to decide
