-SCP-106 can now randomly spawn in any area of the map (4.5% every 12 seconds)
-Improved SCP-914 functionality.
-Chance system (50% chance for Lv2-3 keycard, 10% chance for Lv3-4 keycard, 33% chance for Lv4-5, 10% chance for Keycard Omni)

-Blink is now replaceitem instead of effect (prevents glitch)
-Reduced amount of tickingareas (
-Blink now continues after the intro sequence
-SCP-173 should not be able to move during the office sequence when intro sequence is disabled
