hello there bob i got a question why do some scp sl pros or normal people use low graphics? its a bit confusing for me

For me it's so I get higher fps and less stutters, but It can vary, some people use less graphics cos it makes seeing people easier, others use it so their game can run better. I recently upgraded my cpu so will probs turn my graphics up
