Time.. Ha ha. Yes me too. I have started sorting through the parts, its been a labour of love I can tell you. I will be making a start on getting the frame degreased and resprayed shortly, then starting to source the smaller frame parts and seals that need replacing.. Great to hear about what you are doing. I will put some effort into it shortly. Ive been studying for an engineering masters so I have been a bit overworked ha ha

@@ShedTorque46 blimey, sounds like you've got plenty on your plate. Do you have an Instagram account where you have any more progress updates that don't involve hours of video editing time? How come you're going with paint on the frame instead of powder coat, any particular reason?

Was thinking the same! Binged the xj build then searched on ig for you. Can't find any other xj related projects that are anywhere near as informative! Bought myself a 98 xj6 s about 6 months ago and although I'd get away with new bars and some tkc's or similar to get it looking OK you've got me in the mood to strip the bugger down completely! Great videos by the way!

Hi mate, I've decided to powder coat the frame. The paint was cheaper that was all. I put my insta on pause as I had so many comments to respond to that it took so long.. but it will be back !
