So cute and great way to use our bottomless supply of scraps! I bought my stainless-steel pins on Amazon. I kept looking on Amazon and one day they popped up!

These look so fun to make. 🏡🏠 You have a great selection of scraps to chose from too. I don’t know what the fascination is with houses but love using them in my crafting. TFS 🌻🥰🌻

I actually found a picture of myself and two of my friends in an ad for fabric in a quilting magazine. I was about 6 in the photo, and it was from around 1946. it was so funny and cool to see that picture. I wrote to them asking about it and they told me they found the photo in an antique store in Texas. I am from Missouri so go figure. So those paper dolls from the 1940s could easily be found by the real person.

Love the little houses. I found stainless pins at Hobby Lobby. Quite short but they do the job.

I had to order stainless steel pins from Amazon bc I couldn’t find any either. But then I made Dangles for my glue bottles and it was fun !

It doesn't seem that long ago you did the houses, I guess it was though! I agree, the minis are great and that little girl... I don't blame you for wanting to keep her 😂

Hi. Really cute. I was watching Laurette Chandler the other day and she said she no longer uses a glue pin. She just keeps the knitting cap on. She said it feels like the in and out of the pin gunks it up more. I think she is on to something. Thank you for sharing. X

Love these houses! I found my pins at JoAnn’s in the notions section. I learned the hard way about the rust issue too. They are more expensive and you don’t get as many in a package, but they don’t rust ☺️

Hi, Amy! I adore your videos! I've been collaging & making assemblages for years, but am kind of new to junk journaling, making tags, etc. (But can still use those things in my collages!) I have a few questions for you, hope you don't mind. In this video (pls. bear w/ me, I'm new to your videos): 1) What brand/kind of glue do you use 2) What is exact name (of style of pen) & point size of Sharpie black pen 3) How do you store your large paper scraps 4) What brand name is the deckle ruler? 5) What kind of paper is the "crinkly" paper? (It looks waxed) 6) Name & color of spray you're using (I'm assuming it's TH distress spray?) TY so much! I want mind to look like yours! : )
