How did you make that postage stamp all magnetic? I have like little round magnets but I’m not understanding how you’ve done that and it’s so awesome ❤
Here are the steps to make it magnetic (Once you finish making the mini postage stamp or other mini items like cupid or words). Also note that I didn't stick the glitter gold album frame border onto the acetate of the album yet): - take 2 round Neodymium magnets and stick them together to make sure they are magnetic(keep them stuck together). -place a short piece of double sided tape on one of the exposed sides of the 2 stuck magnets (we will call this magnet#1). -Remove the backing of the double sided tape and place the back of the finished mini postage stamp/cupid/words) onto magnet#1. -With the mini postage stamp/cupid/words facing you, turn your mini postage stamp/cupid/words to the back side). You will see the other magnet (magnet#2) that has an exposed side. With a sharpie pen, mark it with a dot on magnet#2 (this is to tell you the side to where to stick magnet#2 on your project. -Carefully remove the stuck magnet#1 and #2 from each other (ensuring magnet#1 is still stuck to the back of your mini postage stamp/cupid/words). -Cut another piece of mini postage stamp/cupid/words and glue it onto the back of your mini postage stamp/cupid/words that has a magnet on the back of it(this is to cover the magnet and secure it in place so that it doesn't come out) -Bring out your album cover or whichever surface the mini postage stamp/cupid/words will be going on and stick a double sided piece of tape on it, remove the backing. -With magnet#2 stick it onto the album area where you would like it with the marked dot side down on the sticky double sided tape. (For my project, I stuck it to the acetate in the area of the edge/border of the album frame ) -Test it by putting your mini postage stamp/cupid/words on magnet#2. Remove your mini postage stamp/cupid/words if it works. If it doesn't work that means the magnet should be the other side. -Place another short piece of double sided tape on top of your magnet #2. -Repeat the steps, if you have additional mini items like more cupods, airplane or envelope -Cover magnet#2 with whatever you wish(for my project I covered and glue it with the glitter gold cardstock album postage frame) -There you have it, a magnetized album frame postage stamp😀💗.
