Scrap-n-Repair: PerySmith M5 Wet and Dry Vacuum No power 

This unit was found in the detrash area, tested, and does not power, I found the coin battery is empty and replacement fixed the issue.
Tools and parts required:
-Philips screwdriver
-CR2032 Battery
