You have a beautiful craft space! I love how you have what you love and will use, but no just tons and tons of stuff! I sometimes watch craft room tours and end up feeling overwhelmed just seeing all the surplus of stuff. Your room is like a breath of fresh air and I can't wait to implement some of your ideas in my space. I gotta tell ya, you have a steady camera hand which was another reason it was a joy to watch! I couldn't hit that "subscribe" button fast enough and I look forward to lots more great ideas! :)
I loved your scrapbooking room. You are very organized. I am also happy to know where you got all your furniture, because I loved your desk. You always make me smile or laugh out loud when you talk about yourself or your family, I love your humor. You make my day.
Hi, Victoria. I'm from Brazil and love watch your videos. I'm such a big a fan of you. Thanks for sharing your art, I've been learning a lot of scrapbooking with you! Kisses from Brazil! 😘😍
What I love most about your craft room is how neat and organized it looks. I only wish I could do that with my lil space- I bet I'd find what I have when I need it. LOL. I love all your videos. You are such an inspiration to me. Thank you for sharing. HUGS
Aren't daughters great! It was surprising how "clean" my house became after mine left for college. Loved seeing your pile of completed layouts. I have a pile too. Sure wish we could teach our kiddos to do the filing so all we had to do was create and wipe down tiny fingerprints .😀
I so love this tour of your studio! Thanks for taking the time to do this. There are so many things I love about your studio. Mine is a former bedroom of my sons. After the second one moved out (we have 4 adult kids), we put a desk in here and some bookshelves. I have a sewing room downstairs...and used to have a little bit of stuff for card making/scrapbooking. As I accumulated more and more...I decided to make this room into my studio. And of course...then I had to "fill it up". Lol. I'm glad you mentioned your mini course on "Make the Kit". I remember when you came out with the class, but I'd put the idea in the back of my mind. Gonna sign up as soon as I finish writing this comment! I, too, love Rory. I started watching Gilmore Girls after Tracie Claiborne mentioned it in either one of her podcasts or on FB. Love, love the show. I am so FAR behind, though. Only just finished season 1!!! You mentioned that you have a Bind it All. I have one...also planning to make some mini albums using it. I would love it if you could maybe have a class on using it! I so appreciate your work and creativity and NEED to use this tool. Okey dokey? Thanks again for a great video. You are a first class RU-vidr and top designer!
Oh my gosh I love that you said Garden Ridge (formerly Garden Ridge Pottery)! My sister used to live in Houston Tx and when I'd visit her we always spent some time at Garden Ridge. I'd come home with my car loaded down with all manner of goodies. Thank you for sparking that great memory. Also, I loved your room tour.
Thanks for your tour. You speak so clearly and hold the camera steady! A pleasure to watch. So impressed by your "use what you've got" philosophy so that you don't drown in stuff. I will have to take that advice!! Keep craftin'!
Thanks for sharing your space with us in RU-vid land. I love see how other scrappers keep their stuff. You seem to be doing an amazing job at keeping everything you need close at hand...even your new sewing machine. I think that I would sew more on my pages if I didn't have to haul out my machine every time that I wanted to stitch something.
Lucky you, your room is wonderful! I wish mine looked as good as yours. Enjoy your new space. You know now that your upstairs, your going to have to work twice as hard, cause your not cold anymore. ENJOY!!!!! Hugs & God bless, Linda
Your videos keep getting better and better! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful room tour! You inspire me to work hard on my channel and keep uploading regular content :) Keep the videos coming, I can't wait to see more and continue following your journey
Loved this look at your space! I'm not-so-patiently waiting for one of our daughters to move out and I'll be taking over her room. Until then, I'll have to be contect with collecting storage ideas. You had lots of things I'd like to try!
I saw the same rotating caddy (it was white, dirty, missing 2 drawers) at a salvation army outlet. My little voice was telling me to buy it and paint it turquoise but I didn't get it. When I got home, I regretted it. Oh, I could kick myself, live & learn. Love your space!
I love how streamlined your room is... Bravo to you for using up all the products you have on hand! Thanks for sharing your room, I've gotten some great ideas and need to head over to Ikea soon. Hugs, Gale The Happy Stamper :)
Your craft room looks great. I have the same cubicle(s) that you have (for about 5 or 6 years) and it is falling apart to. But it's still usable. I also have a few of those scrapbook magazines that I hate to part with because I love to look at the early ones just to look at how far scrapbooking has evolved. Thanks for sharing....
I just came across your video and I love the craft room. It looks very organized and fun plus I love your personality. Looking forward to your future videos. Have a great day!!
i love your iris container rack. where did you find that little gem? thanks for sharing your room...i'm off today and I now know what i want to work on... Donna ;-)
Thanks! So you can purchase stencil paper by Silhouette - it's designed specifically for a Silhouette machine. I've seen similar paper that can be used with a Brother Scan N' Cut and a Cricut.
Beautiful space! I know this is going to be a random question but ... what is the wall color? I am looking to update my space and I just love the subtle contrast you have going on :)
Thanks so much! I am not sure about the wall color as we are currently living in a rental apartment. We are getting ready to move into our first house in December so I'll do another tour in a few months...with a great wall color and all! =-)
You may be able to get the purple spots off carpet, I used the hydrogen peroxide/hot iron technique to remove tea stains from carpet. You can't even tell, and it was quite obvious. I was desperate bc I too am in a rental.
Well, I got rid of a ton of stuff over a course of a year and focused on only keeping the things that I love and enjoy the most. Plus, for at least a year I shared this space with my spouse so I had to figure out how to manage what space I did have. One day I will expand my space to accommodate more stuff, mainly because I need more stuff since I do this professionally now.
I loved your scrapbooking room. You are very organized. I am also happy to know where you got all your furniture, because I loved your desk. You always make me smile or laugh out loud when you talk about yourself or your family, I love your humor. You make my day.
