This actually feels more like an old damaged tape rather than the more edgy try hard stuff, not an overuse of creepy lines like "red is the color of . . . blood" and stuff like that
Well that’s the whole concept of FNAF. It’s like horror with the killing in the night. I don’t get how it’s try hard it’s been like that for years. The “overused line” is just fine but it’s always somebody complaining
I'm happy that , like some people mentioned, she didn't say that red was the color of blood. On the other hand, I think the putting William Afton in instead of Chica saying purple is absolutely awesome and terrifying.
To be honest, the fact that this is incomplete and just ends, adds to the horror and creativity of it. It's like an actual cancelled project Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria attempted.
Corporate: "Okay so do you have the preview for the next childrens educational cartoon?" Employees: "No." Corporate: *rubbing bridge of nose* "Did the thing happen again?" Employees: "Yeah" Corporate: "Shit."
It may have been canceled, but I feel like it ended on a pretty good spot. Having her going through all the colors would’ve just become repetitive and I feel like the viewers would’ve lost interest. It was like that with the “Counting With Ice Cream Man” video where he went all the way up to “10” before anything actually happened. That long of a wait kinda took the horror out of it for the most part in my opinion.
I'm surprised no one is mentioning how good her voice acting for Chica is, all the inflections and tone are perfect. It fits so well with the teaching aspect of it. I also love how her joints actually articulate like those of a robot rather than fluidly like most FNAF sfm's. Your details do not go unnoticed!
Disappointed to hear this is canceled. The quality is incredible and genuinely feels like some lost tape from the 80s or 90s. Would've loved to see how this concluded with the other colors, especially [REDACTED].
this is actually pretty good, Chica never really changed tones, only the editing and tape did, which makes sense for a haunted tape, and while at first I kinda chuckled a little at Golden Freddy being used for yellow, that final image was actually pretty unsettling, so overall it was pretty good, definitely seen worse
By “pretty”, you mean by extremely. The static ambient void with the black background and that fucking automaton of Golden Freddy got under my damn skin.
This is SO good that until I read the comments, I assumed the "Cancelled" in the title was part of the lore of the video, like it was part of a Chica show that got cancelled, This is so incredibly well done that I genuinely didn't even realise it was unfinished.
@@ratstheygotmeagain5489 so true, Purple stands for Purple Guy, that's why Chica's voice suddenly cutted off when she was about to say "purple". Though if it was cut off, it only cause cops who in search of missing childrens in freddy pizzeria became suspecting the cut off voice and the purple color skipped.
I see a lot of people mentioning how theyre happy they didnt say blood for red, but I honestly think that with the right execution it couldve been great. Like imagine it just cuts to the door to the backroom and it creaks open slightly as a bit of blood comes out before cutting back. I think that could look great.
Thank you, for not taking the obvious route and having Chica say "Red is the color of blood". This was actually pretty good compared to a lot of other FNAF VHS stuff out there.
The way you portrayed golden Freddy is a lot like the original in design but even more spooky. Nicely done. Also, I like the idea of Mr. Cupcake actually being given an accent like that.
This is incredibly eerie. Any of these VHS videos that involve corrupted childrens programs are always unsettling because a kid could even stumble upon this accidentally... Which feels even scarier in the context of the olden days.
Don't let people being shitty get to you; even with this project in its current state, it (and rest of your work) is still leagues better/scarier (imo) than 99% of the other similar work on YT.
i feel so sorry for the kids in the comments that don’t understand the concept of burnout and procrastination, i haven’t watched many of your videos but they 100% give off squimpus vibes, so i’m in love already. someone like them shouldn’t been seen as a goal or a standard you need to reach, hell i’d argue that you should see them as an opportunity to try more unique things (given the motivation and drive) instead of mimicking what they do. do not listen to 12 y/o’s on the internet that think they’re hot shit because they prefer someone else’s style over yours.
this is honnestly the scariest chica version ive ever seen. she looks oddly humanoid, but has that complete monstrosity feel to it that withered chica had, not to mention the non functioning eye.
This is my favorite piece of analog horror ever. The ending is perfect and although it’s said to be unfinished, it’s perfect this way. Well done dude, you deserve all the views you’ve gotten
I appreciate that the red blotch wasn't made into a blood splatter and/or blood wasn't listed in a glitchy voice or something. Easy hanging fruit isn't always the ripest.
i noticed that not many mentioned this; as chica listed the red things, an image of a girl slowly faded in to just barely be there. it was a nice touch to slightly hint at another "red" thing without shoving it in our faces
I'm absolutely floored by how effectively terrifying this video is, and even if it doesn't get a full release, I love this video for what it is. Fantastic analog horror right here. Gave me chills down my spine.
I'm shocked that this is getting any hate at all. I very much enjoyed this whole video/concept from beginning to end. I actually was not even bothered by the abrupt end and discontinuation because it almost seemed purposeful and "worked" for me. Like either cause of golden freddy or just cause there was no more tape due to it seeming old and "scavenged". Either way I'm sorry that you're getting some hate for this and for not finishing. I completely understand how horrible being burnt out and/or procrastination can be. Please remember that there are many people who probably also really enjoyed this like me but just didn't put a comment (76k likes with only like 3,000 comments) so don't let the negative comments get to you cause in reality a lot of people really liked this! Thank you for the effort you did put in this tho! :)
Honestly, I felt that the abrupt end was more unsettling, and reminded me a lot more of a lot of the analogue horror series' like The Mandela Catalogue. I honestly expected it to be a typical 'Golden Freddy jumpscare with scream', and honestly felt way more uneasy that there was no audio. Imo, this video was really well made.
Even if its just a parody which it dosnt feel like at all. This is what ive been wanting from the fnaf series for years, its so unsettling and terrifying just how it felt when i first got into fnaf, when i was much younger when the story was new and rough which was both incredibly terrifying and intresting for me. You have brought back the spark i needed for this series, no matter what other people say, this and all of your work is fantastic and i and im sure many other people are incredibly thankful for you and your work. Please never forget that.
The thing is, the games aren't "supposed" to be scary. Watching a robot walk to the office and scream in your face is scary but you can get over it. If the games were based of the lore and had lore implications In it, it would look similar to this.
why do you people even care about the fear factor *NOW?!* you lot are *MAKING JOKES ABOUT THE SERIES AND DISMISSING PEOPLE WHO FIND IT SCARY LIKE THEY DID WHEN IT FIRST APPEARED TO THE PUBLIC!* if there is anything to blame for the franchise losing its fear it's NOT the creators it's JUST NOT
Make a part two to this this was actually amazing. Like it’s not like trying to be scary it’s just naturally creepy even if you didn’t add the creepy parts
It's unfortunate to see it gotten canceled suddenly, but at least you did a very good job in making this, especially most of your FNAF VHS Tapes that you've made so far, especially the FNAF+ VHS videos. And hey, if you think that you are about to ran out of ideas for the tape, and/or even some of the other tapes that you'll be making in the near future, maybe at least ask some people like TwelveMan, DarkLord, GameGuy, or even me and Fazworth, so maybe we can work out with some ideas in the future. Anyways love the work that you've made so far, and as always, keep up with the amazing work mate 👍
Okay, but real talk: I want more of this solely because of French Cupcake. If only this weren't cancelled, then we could possible get more Petit Gâteau, and I would be very, very pleased.
Showed my 5 yo sister this, she learned her colors immediately! Thanks for this helpful learning video, will be sharing with other parents ☺️ Edit: Yes I do understand what the FNaF lore is, I thought this would be funny to say considering the format of the video is like a educational video Edit #2: It’s really funny how much people don’t get that this is a joke, I mean what kind of 5 year old doesn’t know their colors?? And no, I didn’t show this to my sister, I’m not mean 💀
Honestly these videos on your channel encapsulate what I think is the true aesthetic of FNAF. Simple, and extremely unnerving. Not complicated si-fi or whatever Fnaf is doing nowadays. I still like it but it’s not the same. These videos make me nostalgic to that feeling I had when I played the first game 7 years ago.
I just gotta say I love how you and other analog series do quiet jumpscares with just disturbing imagy. That was the only thing I did not like about classic fnaf was the ear piercing jumpscares rip my ears. You Dont need to be loud to be horrifying ^^ You can have noisy ones ever so often but not the stereotypical horror game where the black haired ghost lady is screaming right at your face. In fact sudden pure silence is what gets me the most legitimately creepy.
i don't think the point of fnaf was to make you feel disturbed or horrified. The games just build adrenaline and create stressful situations to scare you as a punishment for a loss
Analog horror gets really lame really quick, you start being able to predict exactly what will happen and when in these types of things after watching only a few of them.
I know its cancelled, and unfinished, but frankly, its so well done that it just suddenly ending on THAT image is impactful as hell. Sometimes something doesnt need to be fully complete to be amazing
I'll admit most of this didn't really get me except that ending shot. I think that's the perfect way to end this honestly. I dont think it being cancelled is a bad thing, and as an artist I know how it goes when you have a lot of projects and you just feel no motivation for a certain one anymore.
“The colour purple can be many things! It can be towels, bottles, cars, bags, bedsheets and *H E A R T L E S S”* ( you may notice a recurring theme of them all ) ( spoiler is below ) ( they’re all things you’d find at an investigation, bedsheets could just be sheets to cover *them*, police cars, bottles of bleach to clean the carpets, bags to remove *them* etc. ) ( I think you know what *them* is… )
A beautiful tape, despite being cancelled. It's okay to lose motivation, it happens to all of us.. (frequently lol) Just remember your fans and viewers support you no matter what, and if you ever need anything feel free to reach out to epic people like Twelve, DarkLord, Marionette, Fazbear, and even myself. We are all here to give ya a helping hand when you need it. Hope you are well, Merry Christmas.
This feels more like as k.h said a more damaged or corrupted tape, it feels so real and it also feels like it's part of an educational program from the fazebear company. This is a creepy video in general, well played.
OO, I would've loved to see this as like- all the animatronics having their own little corrupted learning videos. Maybe Freddy with shapes, Bonnie with numbers, and Foxy having a old discarded tape that was never fully finished about something like stranger danger or simple safety measures, and they could all be scary in their unique ways corresponding to the animatronics-

"What's your favorite color?" "My favorite color is _a psychopathic man who has murdered 10 or more children, which is represented by the color of purple"_ "nice, mine is red."
