Scrapping some small Fridge Fan Motors for Copper 

Hope you are safe from the storms! I agree about the extra work. I won't take stuff that is inside the house, or in a back yard where I can't back up to it and load it straight onto the truck. Just not worth it.

Finally someone is addressing those small rotary looking fan motors. I split one with an old knife I found scrapping, made a mess but it worked out great in the end. 👍

I have never even seen one of these motors in any fridges I get. At least not that I remember. Thanks for the tutorial.

I see where Oklahoma has been getting tornadoes. I pray it's not in your area whenever I hear it. I was thinking.Here is what I would tell people when they have something in their house that they want removed. I would simply state,"Due to insurance and liability reasons" I do not go into the home. I will remove items that are placed outside. And actually in today's messed up World with everyone being sue happy....that's exactly what I would say and do. But that's only my opinion my friend. Again and as always I enjoyed stopping by. I turn mine in as electric motors. 25 to 28 cents a pound

You are better off using wire clippers
