I think this is the first time I have ever used the go to mouse pointer block. Using Go to x: y: is just easier to change later.

Tip: if the tower shop itself is getting dragged replace the "set CanShowRadiusBlock to no/yes" to a broadcast block instead (and do stuff like "When I recieve message 1, hide")

For the placing of the turret, I made it so you have to click the turret, and then click again to where you want it to go. I think I made a nice alternative to the placing system.

Also to make it* go to the mouse smoother replace the “go to mouse pointer” block with “change x by: 10” block and replace the “10” in the “ change x by: 10” block with ““mouse x” - “x position” / “2”” and do the same with Y.

It's a really good tutorial on how to make a tds game. I have always wanted to make a tds game but didn't know how to until now I got to part 2 really easily because part 1 was a little to easy but I was having a problem with spawning the mobs. He told me to put "delete clone" after the operator set but the enimes just didn't spawn

I was worried that the mechanics wouldnt work on mobile, but that single 'wait until not mouse down' line saved my project - you cant just drag it on mobile and have to click and then hold down and move it, so making the second click wait for the letting go was such a great idea

ik that this is late but for some reason I can’t make it “not hold down” even tho I tried letting go or clicking on other parts of the screen even with the “wait untill not down” thing edit: I changed up the code a bit and swapped it for a if-else block and made it so the turret gets placed after 3 seconds of not holding the turret

if you make the outline that the enemy is following on outlinesize 1 then they dont jump off at higher speeds. just a tip :)

if your enemy's ever fail and go off the line don't replay the video its because of your move speed and turn speed not the code source.

if you want to make multiple lines then just make each line a sprite, the enemy could just follow either a random line or in an order

You could improve the turrets by not allowing them to be placed on the path or on top of one another I might do this in my code

I got suggestions for the tower defense: 1) Upgrading system - Upgrading damage, range, and reload speed. 2) Selling system - just sell towers 3) Camo balloons - Balloons that to pop you need camo detection 4) Map Selection
