Scratching is so fucking advanced now. If there has been any innovation in djing it is definitely scratching. Juggling has been stuck in the mud for years, but blown away by today’s scratchers.
Depends how you look at it. Majority of the world is right handed, and most use that hand on the fader. Okay, not always..but for the most. I use weak hand fader, strong record. If you want those clicks, it kinda pays to be the other way. Just my own experience.
@@wiLLsofsteeL84FACTS! I'm ambidextrous( to a certain point). I just started scratching with my left hand more over the past year or so. Ironically, I know a few left handers that Scratch more with their right.
@@robertocarlosdelpozocorcho4608 Check out the video of the X-Ecutioners performing their Team routine at the '99 World DMC Final - all 4 members are scratching with their left hands.
Yeah it more has to do with using their strong hand on the fader. I use my strong hand on the record. But these guys are a million times better than I am, so it must be working for them (assuming they are right handed) 😅
I'm trying to figure out what the majority of the scratches are that the two DJs on the left use. Maybe boomerangs/two-click delayed flares and prisms mixed with chirps and flares?
