Mr. PI, I have loved your videos through many years! Just wanted to say Thank You! for the knowledge that you share and the good attitude that you present! You are great person and an great teacher all in one. I just hope you realize that!
First and only time i've seen anything to criticise in your videos. "Gigabit" and "Gigabyte" are two very different things!...apart from that, very useful, thank you
Thank you! I doubt you realize how much your videos help me. You see, I have short term memory due to a traumatic brain injury. The beauty of this, when I get stuck with PS I just search your videos for the help I need. Can’t do that in traditional classroom settings. Thank you again for being an amazing person and teacher!
I can't thank you enough ❤❤❤. I have been working since 4 hours on a t-shirt mockup. When I wanted to save the project it shows the error. I checked all of the disks. Now my project is saved.
Summary: #1 - 0:40 Clean your drive used as a scratch disk with "Disk Cleanup" #2 - 6:30 Edit > Purge > All #3 - 6:47 Add more drives to scratch disk in Edit > Preferences > Scratch Disks
@@Ap0c41yptic actually it’s not fake. I was genuinely surprised. Most of them are just some dude showing you his blurry screen with a computer voice narrating in poor English.
@@Ap0c41yptic honestly, the guys got a quality mic, the lighting is set up perfectly in his face, the screencap is high quality. I don’t really bother commenting on these videos but this guy clearly put some time and effort into this.
PERFECT TIMING! I had this problem resently. I ended up permanently deleting everything on my computer unintentionally. (Not my finest hour.) I'm EXTREMELY lucky I had all my inportant files backed up on a USB. (Which I highly recommend.) I had to redownload Photoshop. I didn't realise how much unnecessary stuff I had on my computer. It all worked out for the best in the end. Thanks for all the tutorials man they really help me out your the best.
Thank you so much Unmesh. I am trying to sort out sratch disk full issue when you're the bell ring to fpr this lesson. You're an angel. Soooo grateful for this help and other lessons you give.
Very great tutorial. I am currently experiencing this on my Adobe Photoshop application. I googled the possible solutions. After that, I tried to use RU-vid as well and never taught you have a video solution for this problem. Thanks Unmesh, you are really an expert because even grade school student can learn from this video. Stay awesome!
After purchasing an SSD drive, I fixed my problem just as you laid out. It was frustrating to say the least to always get that message. NO MORE!!! Thanks so much!
Love you unmish 👌🏻 you are the best photoshop master 😍😍🤩 I really can't watch others tutorials ,, only yours when it comes to photoshop.. please stay on RU-vid
now what do i do if i can't acces photoshop? Most of the steps require you to be inside of the program, but I can't do that. It tells me my scratch disks are full and then proceeds to close the program.
This other guy showed me how to empty caches by going to the Finder. Hold down the option key while opening the GO menu. You will see LIBRARY. select that.
I really love this, and it came at the perfect time, because I just got this error. However, I really wish you hadn't called it "the final solution". Maybe "the best solution"? :)
I have really learnt a lot from your video tutorials. I would also love it if you can do a video on using Photoshop to create posters of events. Thank you
Thanks for tips. One more thing to add is if there's an urge to save file and you can't because of memory issues or if something in your layers creates a conflict situation (eg error type: Can't save - deal with it) you can switch off all layers (you may group it first so not to do it one by one). Basically what you result with is a file with no info on the screen but all your work gonna be saved (as are your nerves).
BRO. You are the man. Never had this problem before and it freaked me out. Went to the disc cleanup strat like you suggested and worked like a charm, well over 20gb of temp files deleted
Thankyou. Just finding out that you can assign drives for the scratch disk. I had only my operating system drive ticked with 6 gb free and another drive with 73 gb free unticked. SO Simple. Thankyou
@@angeladanforth5728 yes delete your temp and temp% files by pressing windows + r then delete those files from recycle bin too or you can just do ctrl+a then shift + delete those directly delete from your pc , then open your Photoshop and clear cache files or change your drive location which have free space , wht happened to me is , my cache files are saved in f folder and that folder got filled with my class recordings, then i shift that recordings to another folder and got some free space and fortunately my photoshop worked for me , u can check this thing too in your pc hope this helps !
If you cannot start Photoshop cc2019, you cannot change the scratch disk allocation in its preferences. Hold down CTRL+ALT(PC) / CMD+OPTION(Mac) as soon as Photoshop starts to get the scratch disk menu:
