I absolutely love the way these videos are being done at the moment, the content is fabulous as always but the editing and the storytelling really has hit a new level! I love how you show the emotions Pete is going through, it makes me feel as though he's going through what I go through on a golf course (albeit at a much lower level 😂). The music at the end, you really do feel the emotions Pete is going through! Well done Pete and the team!

I really love the scoring of Gold, Sliver, Bronze. Feel like this could really help me set better expectations and not worry so much about shooting a specific number. I am not quite as good as Mr. Finch, but I think I am going to do 75 or better (Gold) 76-78 (silver) and 78-80 Bronze. Excited to implement this in my game going forward!

First, I really like Peter Finch and his channel. But, Peter, stop making it seem like you are playing the 2024 U.S. Open course. You are playing No. 4, a great course indeed. No. 2 is where the pros will play in June. So, the look from the deck facing the 10th green and 11th tee is irrelevant. None of us spectators will see it live, why? It's the wrong course.

Great video, Pete, super SOLID golf! I was wondering just how odd/different is it to have a caddie giving you SOOO much info versus your normal golf (playing solo or w/ friends)? Also, walking a course but not carrying the clubs? I personally would think that would be a very difficult thing to get used to, especially with a caddie who doesn't really know you, just the course!

Those ‘medal’ graphics are STILL wrong! You can’t have the same score in different categories! If for example you shoot 75, what do you get, silver or bronze? For 72, gold or silver?

So there’s Shields, fryer, Bullard and there’s Peter finch 😊 always feel myself gurning when I watch you, funny, sarcastic, but most importantly an exceptionally talented golfer, loved the comeback on the back 9 and then the 18th WOW keep entertaining us Pete absolutely amazing viewing 😉

When there is a lot of moisture on a course like this, the grain on the greens is extra EXTRA "grabby." Wet grass STICKS to golf-balls, and wet greens are slow. So, it's like "buffing" the grain, twice.

Pete, that was a great video to watch and such a good learner for you, in my opinion. If you can connect with your back nine feelings, then you will smash golf. What star Fred was, by the way. Two things, 1. Would an inconsistent ball striking 18 handicapper benefit from our own Fred. 2. How would you rate the new shoes over the old ProSL. ❤❤

GOOD VIDEO. Wonderful chips from the dormant, wet, almost bare turf were the highlight for me as a Pinehurst member. That is really hard to do, most members just putt from well off the green. If I checked my calendar I could pinpoint when this was recorded as it takes a lot of rain to get #4 that wet and the construction going on part of the prep for open also narrows the window. One note though, the play was from the Blue tees at about 7000 yard and not the orange tees at 7300. In fairness, the orange tees are not out on the course except for tournaments as usually management does not want people trying to play back there and taking 5+ hours to record a 95. As wet as it was it played longer than 7000 yards. Again a good video.

Question... I was just watching your golf ball review video from 3 months ago, and after the video one of the recommended videos that came up was the "best driver review" video, and that got me to thinking, which I'm now wondering and henceforth posing to you, if you use, for instance, Wilson clubs, would their Wilson balls be optimised for use specifically with their clubs and thus be the ultimate choice for one's bag? And same for the other brands.. is there a relationship between a brand's club technology and ball technology..?
