He wasn't going after Burton's flash, Newsted's attempted flash, or Trujillo's note-for-note copy of Burton's flash. It sounds like he was just trying to play a solid bassline. Sadly, the point of about half of the song is, in fact, flashy basswork. Challenge to Scream, Inc. I want to play bass with you all on this song.

lol bass always needs to be louder, but yet Justice For All is one of the best albums out there and it has NO base!

Actually good point, however, they are just a cover band. I’m pretty sure they know how to speak English, but their crowds probably dont speak English, so they speak Russian. I wouldn’t know if this is true or not lol, but i think they’re amazing. I mean if they can afford an orchestra, im pretty sure people love to see them. Again, idk if this is true or not, just from my point of view. I respect ur opinion as well.
