Love how the black was printed first … everyone teaches you to print it last .. ur a heavy hitter my boi 👊🏽🦍… March 3rd🤞🏽as soon as u said auto, it made me smile … 🫵🏽 that door width will not stop you
Yeahhh man I switch print orders up based on what I think and see prints better. It’s completely normal to go against the norm of what people say and do exactly what works for you! And hahaha that’s love my bro!! Appreciate you homie👊🏽🙌🏽
Just started working for a local custom screen printer and embroidery shop. Your videos have been helpful understanding the process and boosting my creativity in the field.
Looking forward to hearing your awesome news Baav!! As I mentioned before, super, hard-working and dedicated young man!! Pray all the best for you! I hope more and more young men will see your efforts and be inspired by your work. Great video!!
Your work ethic needs to be taught in schools across this nation🏆Appreciate your videos BP. For sure start planning for an auto press because as you get older, your body will remind you that you should have did it as early as possible.
Im humbled to hear that! Im no teacher but throughout this journey I’ve learned that there is no winning without hard work. You can’t cheat the grind🫡 and oh trust me, my body is already kicking my ass but well said! Appreciate your engagement 👊🏽
You are the man! I'm so inspired to keep improving my print game after seeing you dial in your prints. One small note: you're so good at registering and probably don't need it but have you heard of or use registration tape? I hadn't heard of it till recently and is a big time saver for registering prints (and saving having to use a bunch of test garments).
Appreciate it man!! I do know of registration tape and was an avid user of it if you go back to my older videos I used it a ton to not waste so many test garments. The benefit is it’s easy to just swipe the print off the tape and reprint when needed but didn’t need it in this video but I definitely still have it!
If you don’t already have them you need to invest in some ez grip sgueegees it’s a game changer for your body. I have 2 manual presses so I know the pain of hundreds of shirts on a manual.
I’m a retired tattoo artist living in here in Thailand now I been watching your channel trying to pick up some tips and tricks. I recently started purchasing everything I need to start making shirts myself. But after talking with and trying to purchase a screen printing press myself I realized they use printing tables out here in Asia and I guess Africa as well. As an American I never seen this method before, but the more I see the more I question why Americans choose an expensive printing press that is limited to 6/8 colors and cost so much money when a table can do countless colors and cost pennies in comparison. I guess there is a little bit more physical motion and movement when using a table but for the savings in money and ability to do as many colors as possible seems like a good trade off. Are you familiar with this technique and what are your thoughts, maybe I’m missing something. 🤔 Also thanks for sharing your experience! It definitely helped inspire me and I’m sure many more. I appreciate it!
I'm doing the same thing...3 colors on 400 black shirts...thing is, I only have a ONE STATION PRESS and no conveyor dryer😂😂😂 in my head imma do 100 shirts a do over the next four days. Definitely time to upgrade my shop fr
Salute to you on the grind!!! I am a rookie printer, and I am curious if you would consider a vid to break down the business side of a job like this. What’s that conversation like with the client, and how do you determine pricing that makes sense for you and your client? Thanks in advance, and look forward to a reply and or possible vid on topic.
How do you clean your screens when you have to continue production the next day? Do you remove it from the rotary press and re-align registration again the next day?
@@baavproductions I want to get back into screen printing, Really considering doing it full time because i drive rideshare so i have the free time to do it! Love your videos man!!!!
Well in that case you should give it a shot again! I’m actually going to be coming out with a beginner video on how to jump into screen printing on a budget here soon
