It's too bad their service has gone way down. I bought a 3 month subscription and had to remind then every month to actually send my box. I still have yet to receive word my July box has shipped. I just wrote them to ask them to either ship my box or refund it.
I only had to contact them once and a day or two later I got notified it had shipped, then a few days later I got another notification. They sent me two boxes that month. I emailed and let them know to see if they wanted me to send the extra back and they said I could keep it. I’ve had nothing but great service with them.
