You have created one of the best series of teaching videos I have ever seen. So clear, good enunciation and practical advice. So much to learn. Thanks.
You’re amazing! I’m a retired graphic designer, but I do an occasional job for a non profit chorus, and I can’t f afford inDesign. I’ve been DREADING using scribus, because I tried to use it years ago and I was so frustrated! Thank you for giving me hope that I can use this program going forward! It’s definitely robust, and gives me the features of the expensive programs! Thank you VERY much for this series! A lot less screaming in my future!
Thankyou very much TJ FREE for this amazing scribus series i love your videos very informative and to the point .It's very helpful for my project. Love from Bharat 😊😁
Is there any anchoring image option for scribus? It means that the image would flow with the text wherever the text moves. Especially important when working with paragraph styles and tons of linked text boxes. Thanks
why wouldnt you want to type anything up in scribus? Im watching your series to get familiar with the program so i can design a photobook and put text in.
Your tutorials are very helpful! However, I found out that you cannot import or Get Text using a .doc or .docx file. It crashes Scribus. "Scribus currently cannot import Microsoft Word documents, " from Desktop Publishing with Scribus. I wish it did. That's why I created a publishing template using LibreOffice Writer instead of using Scribus. Oh well. Keep up the good work!!
Thank you for sharing information about this. Now, I had to dislike, because either your video is out of sync, or you are talking extensively about one subject, and showing something entirely different... Had to Mute the video to not feel like in a Twilight Zone episode. :)
