I am learning what I am comfortable with but I do love the spiral blades! I will be doing future patterns that I can practice with the ultra reverse, they are wonderful.
Thanks for the great video! I'm currently cutting that same project except instead of cutting out the birds on the back piece, I cut out two birds to glue on to give it more of a 3d look 😎✌️

It's very cool Amy and seeing it all been getting cut out is interesting.. I like the final product of that pattern ans do you stain them as well?? and how long did it take to make that pattern?
Thank you Roland. It sometimes takes me awhile to actually finish the final project. I like to test different options before I actually make a decision. Overall, it took about an hour for the glue up, sanding, removing the pattern and then sanding again.
Spiral blades are not easy to work with. I found that I must allow the blade to cut at its own pace not mine. Also, tension, blade size and speed are factors with spiral blades.
