Hi. Is it possible that during my testes ultrasound a tumour could have been missed as the testes were “tight/cold” rather than when they are warmer and more palpable? My ultrasound came back as good but I still have this worry. Thanks!

Good night doctor, I did a testicular doppler exam and nothing was detected (only lying down) the urologist saw my exam and said I don't have anything, however, when I lie and palpate my punpiniform plexus I feel it small, when I stand I feel it more dilated, is this normal???? thanks
Helo guys i seem to had an uti infection ànd then the next thing i see both my testicles is swollen but couldnt even walk right because of swell and i dit use antibiotics that my dockter gave me and nou it dit go down but not like normal and the medicine is done i dont understand
