They probably left the bolts off the door. I've heard that's an issue.

This is what happens when financial 'elites' commodify a perfectly good engineering company. Boeing will never return from capitalist hell.

I can’t imagine how stressful this has to be for everyone involved. Ultimately it’s a testament to the embarrassing state that Boeing is in.

Would be interesting to see the ratio of Boeing failures with DEI employment positions........am I allowed to say that?

Space launch has encountered many failures, including lethal ones (apollo1, shuttle, etc) way before the DEI debat, just step back and use your brain. [Edit: replacing mercury with apollo1]

@@Tetsujinfr the last 16 years has ex ploded with sheer INCOMPETENCY, STUPIDITY, WEAKNESS & FAILURE!!! Yes there was failure before that however, only at 100th of the rate we see these days & 90+% of those failures were due to uncontrollable reasons. Unlike today which is the complete opposite!!!

You're allowed to say it, what is more astonishing is believing that you can't say something that isn't true. Ignorance and freedom of religion are allowed also.

@@Tetsujinfrbeing hired based on other factors than experience and merit is logical to infer worse quality labour, if you “use your brain” as you’d say. Have you ever heard of the term “learned idi0t?”? It’s a person that has learned what to think and believe, but not how to (scary idea, what if the dogmas/authorities don’t agree).

Boeing B-52s were last built in 1963 and about 70 of them are still in America's first line---plus expected to remain so until 2040 or longer. Since then, they seemingly can't find their ass while sitting on their hands. Now I'm happy those folks chose not to hire me when I applied.

What a shock! Boeing can't even get this thing off the ground. Remind me again why we're sending four people to the moon wearing what looks like cheap track suits and a motorcycle helmet from the dollar store. Maybe tonight I'll watch a triple feature; The Martian with Mark Wahlberg, Capricorn One followed by Marooned.

ULA, Boeing and Lockheed Martin are the 1st tier NASA go to contractors! Space X is in the second tier and gets only half the amount of the top tier for doing the same mission.
