"Just think Keith. If the buyer hadn't been an undercover federale, Elliot would be a slave right now. There'd be no awkward sexual tension between us, and you and I would probably be best friends."
@@tinamoul i'm pretty sure you both are on the same side and you are just misunderstanding what he means. He is basically saying that many people don't contextualize these jokes anymore. all they see will be the blackface and then they will rage.
@@cihanbuyukbas7333 Well, I took an adult learning course and got a computer technician qualification and a job. But personal life is still joyless and lonely.
@@xxDrainI hope you’re doing well. I’m 26 and am pretty close to what you originally posted. But I currently have a profession and am trying to complete my college degree. I still don’t have many friends and have been single since I was 18. You’re not alone.
Sund Mand i know xD the point I’m trying to make is racism is ok against white people but black people start riots and shit if someone does anything slightly racist against them.
i dont agree at all. But i'm not watching mainstream media. I feel like it's a vocal 5% that are outraged over everything another 50% is the exact oposit as an reaction to this small group. the other 45% doesnt care at all what anyone says. Thats just how i feel that people are. I can only remember one person that i have meet that was actually a femenatzi. the other 3000 people i have meet have all been reaseneble people. But hey maby thats just how it is in sweden lul.
@@MakePeopleMadForFun no dear black face was big entertainment for racist bavk in a day they paint big lips and feminise men that's why it became offensive its not about double standard! You can never loose youre right because you are white unless you are poor white.. u know what i mean.. its just Democrats that keep pushing race issues to distract you from the real problem.
@@MakePeopleMadForFun I'm no sjw but it's pretty damn ignorant to compare the white chicks movie to the historical meaning behind racist white people in black face who, through a variety of jokes, songs, dances and skits that were based on the ugliest stereotypes of African American slaves, used this as a form of entertainment in media.
@daAnder71 Blackface is when someone of a race other than black literally colors their face to appear black and affect stereotypical black behaviors. Its cracks me up that it has such a temptation to do as satire when I've only seen it really work once in Tropic Thunder.
@@simunator You’re an idiot. It’d be fine now too. You just make up stuff to fuel your victim complex. Probably as an excuse to ignore actually problematic stuff.
Dr. Acula! Yes!! I use the term "Devil's Threesome" as my term for 2 guys/1 girl in a threesome, that's too funny hahah...JD is a pretty good reflection of my own personality, so makes sense
Ask yourself, what's the difference between Elliot doing blackface and JD doing "Blackcent" with Snoop Dogg attending, both are technically an affront to the senses and mimic imitation, as much perhaps with the method of doing a broken English accent in the style of an Asian language, so, discern the difference...
It was a different time and it hasn’t aged well. There’s a lot of good in Scrubs but also a lot of humour that belongs in the early 00s. I think if it was more than a throwaway joke it would have received higher scrutiny.
@daAnder71 Creator of the show begs to differ. Even with the context that you provide, it's unnecessary. Context just feels like an excuse. You can make jokes without doing this.
@@Nazhussain07 It's comedy. He begs to difference it to avoid the heat of sensitive people have now days. Back then it's supposed to be funny and why complaining about it now, when the show was cancelled years ago. They are countless cliches in Scrubs but nobody is saying or demonstrating against them but when it comes to black people it's of course a different thing. It's a comedy for sakes. Don't take it so seriously.
