In case anyone wants points taught in this video: Scrum Product owner Product backlog - prioritised list - of features and functionalities made by product owner. Sprint - A timebox usually 2-4 weeks, in which the planned features and functions are fulfilled in the period of time Sprint planning - the PO, stakeholders, technical members, scrum master .. Will hold a meet and decide what all features and functionalities should be completed in the current sprint Sprint backlog - the list generated in sprint planning, containing features and functionalities that should be implemented in the current sprint At the end of the sprint, the outcome is - potentially shippable product increment is released Sprint review is done at the end of the sprint. Sprint retrospective - scrum team , scrum master, will hold a meeting and make observation like what could be improved (for next sprint), what & where did we went wrong. This continues in cycle
