Scope Creep: It is an unconditional scope changes and it is a risk in the vast majority of projects - as an area of project management, it's widely known, often well understood yet frustratingly difficult to avoid.Scope creep - Extra scope is added to the project without considering the impact of change on time, cost, quality, risks etc.

As a scrum master from day 1 to day 10 u need to check this things 1) check if team is having any impediments and try to help them 2) is team. Need any help from any one from. Outside team help them 3) check the status to make sure we are on track and flag the po in case story is delayed for some reason 4) schedule next sprint planning in middle of the current sprint 5) prepare availability charts and capacity sheets available for next sprint 6) provided meetings for demo 7) do take retro on end of the story 8) help team. Move story to next sprint if it's not completing in current sprint These are the things scrum. Master need to do from day 1 to day 10
In this tutorial sometimes it is said that sprint backlog is a subset of product backlog and sometime it is said that sprint backlog is a subset of release backlog which one is true ?

The board speaks about the team for current sprint and burnup and burndown speaks about the performance of team Scrum master don't need to update status to management I think He is just a facility provider that's all And it's team members manager responsibility to check the burnup charts and check each of sprint. To know about performance if he wish to evaluate any associate performance This is what we are implementing as of now in our company
If scrum master pushes, the team must deliver, SM will perform. Mgmt will be happy. If there are problems, SM will push the team for resolution, but SM must plan it with the team, if both do well, all will perform. If SM doesn't push, team will not deliver as planned :).

Guys, Thank you very much for sharing this valuable information. I really do appreciate it. Yet, the pronunciation really bothers my ears a lot. Is there a way of solvig this problem? I am sure I am not alone. Thank you again. Best wishes.
Explained the things in very complicated manner i thing just for increasing the time duration. Scrum is just a simple concept that can be understood with only a structured process layout. Very disappointed, it wasted time and brain.

Scrum. Master have nothing to do with technical background all you need is to play your role with the tools. Like azure devops or jira or taigo or trello boards that's all Scrum master is facility provider Ppl gets confused as most of course? Companys appoint either senior lead as scrum master or managers as scrum masters so generally ppl think that technical background is needed but in fact Scrum. Master is facility provider so neither developer nor managee
Voice in the starting of video is very clear and good to listen but after 33mins the guy's voice is very noisy monotonous and irritating. I lost my interest.
You would serve yourself well to start learning proper pronunciation and basic meaning of words. You are intelligent but limited to people who can understand you. And meanings such as agile come from base descriptions, not this particular def.
Retro is attended by the Scrum Team! - that includes the PO and SM! 😀 Your title for the meetings includes “Agenda” and “purpose” - I would choose one title in the third bracket. I was not able to see your whiteboard. Like how you adjust your voice and tonality, it makes it more fun. And how you help with “bridges” to remember concepts better. Cheers
