Reservation is purely based on SURNAME and CASTE system which is older than article 370,35(A)&TRIPLE TALAQ SYSTEM . At first , the Government of INDIA should abolish SURNAME and CASTE system , then the Government of INDIA will give PRIORITY to the poor people . Our country doesn't need SURNAME and CASTE system . If the Government of INDIA is not interested to abolish SURNAME and CASTE system , then CASTE CENSUS should be conducted on PRIORITY BASIS .

According to the judgement of supreme court classification into SC/ST is reported to be made by the govt. Though we are not in any mood to allow this heinous trick of supreme court but matter of strange is that in the suggested classification into SC/ST while the candidate of a particular class if found NFS the vacancy of that class is to be fetched to general class. Why so? If one backward community's candidate falls into NFS then still there are other backward communities under the carried out classification. The remaing backward communities is not an upper class/general category to which the NFS vacancy is to be transferred. I mean to say that the intention of our supreme court is not of social justice in true sense. If it would have been so as it is declared then the NFS vacancy would have been reported to be invariably transferred to any one of the remaining backward communities. Here goes manifested the mala fide intention of the supreme court. In our country neither govt. is our wellwishe nor court. What may we do? Our lot is cast in with such a manuvadi/sanghi nation. Now only option we do have is our unity alone.I hope there may be a good fruition of our converted efforts.
