Typically you have to be certified. I don’t know what company because I didn’t book it, and most scuba trips cost $100-200 USD per person depending on how many dives you do
lots of good spots in and from Cozumel and Playa del Carmen! I see other vids of night diving from the shore, as well ... visibility is generally spectacular (more than 50')!
I’m really sorry but I’m not sure where it was! This video was 3 different spots that were all within an hour from the island. I didn’t set up the trip I was more of just along for the ride
