Was glad for the repetition because I definitley made adjustments each time. Second half had some really creative moves. Amanda is good at chatting while still keeping the workout flowing. She complains, but you can tell she wants a hard workout too! For anyone who doesn't remember, this was the C-word class, the CHITT show :-)

Love this workout! Even though I remember doing it, I will assure that it will still challenge your upper body. While doing the stretching after the workout, I got a glimpse of my toned shoulders in the mirror, and I am so happy that I have been following Chris for a few years now, stayed consistent with her program, and love the results. Chris, your Norway story reminded me of a cruise we took over 20 years ago on Norwegian Cruise Line. My kids were maybe 8 and 11. All of the staff wore nametags with first name and country of origin. After a couple of days my son asked "Mom, if this is Norwegian cruise line then how come no one's tag says Nowegia?" He cracked up when we told him it would be Norway.

Finally got the hang of how to lay on the ball with your head down on the ball (as I used to start in the middle of the room and then wonder why I was so close to the wall and not in the right position!)!…first start at the top end of your room sitting on the ball, start leaning back onto the ball while scurrying you feet forward towards the bottom end of the room, by the time the back of your head goes onto the ball your in the middle of the room…and then realise you’ve got to repeat the whole process again because you’ve left you weights where you started! 🫣 but I’ve got the hang of it now so I put the weights ready to pick up where I’m going to be. Seriously though, I now really enjoy doing these workouts on the stability ball, gives you an extra hidden ab workout too, so it’s a win from me 👏🏻👏🏻💪💪
