Admirable. All those details in the suits, the fold of the clothing, the hair and face. The rending of the persona his truly stunning. Question; how long do you let the clay dry before you apply the first coat of primer?

It’s plastiline clay which is an oil based clay, meaning it never dries, so he just goes at it with acrylic paint when he is done as far as I know. That’s how I do mine. You can always temporarily harden them by sticking them in a freezer for some time but apart from that, the clay will always be soft which makes the sculpture delicate. Hope that helps!

You're incredible! You put so much detail in every sculpture you make. I can only ask but would you in the future sculp characters from Mo Xiang Tong Xiu's novels like Mo Dao Zu Shi or Tian Guan Ci Fu? I would really appreciate your thoughts about it.
