Do i get this right? 1. You 'warm/boil' clay so you can shape up the basic shape of sculpture. 2. Wait up until it cools down a bit. 3. Sculpt with tools, and eventually add more clay warmed up by hand?

Stu Art yep developers would definitely intervene and not allow the selling. Just like how man at arms makes weapons from popular characters but can’t sell them

You can create and sell statues of copyright characters. You just can't mass produce them, or in MaA's case, be a professionally recognized organization. Companies only step in if they see it being an actual problem. You can commission people for statues of whoever you want and It's legal.
