Hey! Back with the glazing and firing process, and of course the final reveal! I'm already working on a small seat, so stay tuned for that video next month!
That's a pretty cool end table Mel. You know, I just related so much to you not being sure how you felt about it at first- that happens to me a fair bit too; it's important not to put too much pressure on ourselves and just accept that something might take time to grow on us. Even more important is what you said about not necessarily having to consider something 'good' or 'bad'- it's all experience and that's valuable in and of itself. The time we put in isn't the most significant thing- it's the experience, and it's just extra nice if we like the thing at the end. We can always make something else and the experience we gained will influence that, hopefully for the better. 😉 And I really like the over-all way you did this video- the varying shots and just simple text commentary is perfect for showing the firing, glazing and final 'reveal'.
