First clip could be avoided by simply carrying medical stuff. I always have full gear like on my panths i use 1torniquete 2 hemostatic and the rest green bandages. My boots always have a knife exept if im carrying bayonete. My tshit always as military compass and sewing kit. My vest always have 2 mags AT least for both my pistol and rifle/smg that im carrying. Always with 1 gun on my back mp5(SD preference) or m16 bayonete for exemple. And also always a bottle of water and a chocolate bar.
