Season 2 Clem had sass written all over her, from her most subtle facial expressions to a lot of her dialogue choices. She had some of it coming out of her a little with Lee in Season 1 (like one time my Lee said something, and Clem says to him "Don't tell me what to do"...not one mean bone in her body when she said that). To see her still sassy as ever here is immensely satisfying to me. So I played it up in Season 2 because it's always been a part of her personality. Favorite Clem lines? _"You're not my dad, Carlos!"_ then he says she's lucky she isn't his daughter and she says _"Thank god!"_ _"You think I want to stand here, watching you pee?"_ _You should probably think about being nicer to me. That's just my advice."_ _"So what? You want a cookie? You want a cookie for doing the RIGHT thing?"_ All fucking classic lines!
Dude To me The funniest s2 clem line was when she said to rebecca First to nick after the gunshot part: "Im just a little girl lm not gonna hurt any one" Then to Rebecca after luke left: "Im just a little Gi-" R: "You shut your mouth" I was crying LMAO
@@saberfan I remember telling Rebecca _"You need to stop bossing me around"_ after she apologized for being rude to her. After that, I was nice to Rebecca the entire game, forgave her and everything. Also, and this wasn't from my playthrough, I remember where Sarah gets seperated from her dad, and Clem can say _"Grow up, Sarah. You're gonna get us in trouble."_ And then she tell her to shut up when she's talking while Carver's giving orders. I felt so bad for the poor girl, but...that was straight up hilarious looking back. They gave Clem every chance to shit on Sarah.
It's pretty morbid to draw others dead and in heaven, "Do you want to be there?" made me react the same way. I was otherwise nice to them, giving pencils, helping out, but kids gotta know what he's doin' lol
@@Aserox I get it, but he had good inocent intentions, I didn't let Clem get drawn but I wasn't going to make him scratch a good drawing he already made just because the thought maybe me uncomfortable.
Personally, (and I know OBVIOUSLY these are all the "Bad" choices) I think Clementine has SOME degree of politeness to her in-canon. Season 2 established some sass, and Season 3 she was a bit bitchy given the situation with AJ, but overall I think Clementine isn't super mean realistically.
First, the only thing the "in-canon" establishes, as in what she automatically says, is that Clementine is not a monster. Whether or not she is polite and/nice however is fully in the hand of the player, at least in Season 2 and 4. Second, how these "bad" choices? Just because you don't agree with them doesn't make them "bad". Third, on what do you measure whether or not a personality of Clem is "realistic"? On what you prefer? All in all, for me the only true Clem is ruthless, sometimes mean, sometimes manipulative, but still loyal and capable of sacrificial.
3:56 Wasn't even scumbag, just good parenting. What comes after (which was missed here) "He's not my kid, and I'm not his mom!" is much more scumbag, but I guess that was too much even for you guys lol
Which is exactly the problem I have with him. Naive innocence in a world like this will get him or others killed. Clem understands that after what happened to Lee. I had to be harshly honest with him.
Sorry but am i the only person who thinks Tennessee is *adorable* I literally had to mute the parts where they were being mean to him. He's so cute, I just can't. T^T Edit: WHEN SHE TOLD HIM TO SCRATCH AJ OUT, MY BABY TENN SOUNDED SO SAD IM SCREAMING
Clementine talking about pushing Abel into the walkers kind of reminds me of what Bonnie said regarding Reggie's murder "He was just so matter of fact about it, like he'd pulled up a weed, like it had to be done"
