If that man isn't punished by the law, he will continue to escalate into violence. As it is, he took a very heavy statue in the home and almost crushed her skull. If that man hadn't come in at the nick of time, she would have died. Glad she's suing. BTW, I can't believe that his sister would abed this behavior in her brother.
I agree with the lawyer , he needs to know that it's unlawful behaviour & abusing others is wrong ! , he must pay a fine ( sue ) if she has an bone injury & NVR knew unless she had an Ivp Xray to show no bones was broken or shipped or slightly cracked , or any tissue damage after hitting her unconscious that she end up in hospital , or any spiral cords hurt after that hit or any head injury which can later have effects from such a blow , even have a small blood clth which can turn into cancer tumor or ltr effect brain 🧠 , ..he must pay hospital fees , if she's getting no pay at her work place , he must pay her fr inconvenience he put her through , any damage in home , too
