personally I opted for a new combo from holmes hobbies..3500kv brushless sensored waterproof ... I might upgrade for the wraith diffs . vanquish is the bomb.
Well harley i will give you a tip the tip is sinse your gonna be in the mud and water if i were you i wil put a little bit of marine grease so your gears wot get rusty or get damaged i highly recommend doing that sinse i mud bog and submerge my trucks un mud and water my opinion i highly recommend puting the marine grease and the axles and your gearbox and i hope it works if you do it
The steel block with holes that he assembles the axle on in the vid.. Machinists use these all the time in setups in a machine shop, they measure 3 inches long x 2 inches wide x 1 inch thick to within .001 of an inch or so. (1-2-3 block) Think that basically covers it.

Gage Crawford I like your idea of a 100mph SCX10. Not long ago there was a guy that used the axial chassis to build a corvette, it's thinking out the box such as what your doing that creates new products. GOOD LUCK
