The SD-40/SF-40 Automatic Taping System automatically feeds and applies transfer tape to corrugated or paperboard blanks at up to 350 feet per minute! With liner and tear strip in place, it offers custom tape application in just a fraction of the time.
As demonstrated in the video, the operator manually loads the product in a hopper and starts the machine. The automatic feeder feeds the blanks to a conveyor where one or more tapes are applied automatically using Straub Design tape applicators. The product is then conveyed out of the machine for manual processing. With top loading, the feeder permits loading for continuous tape application.
