They could always hire some nobodies to run the Gundam franchise to make a quick buck and nothing more..whom don't give to sh-ts about the francise. I mean look at Star Wars Battlefront III that was a classic example of excessive greed gone wrong.

I'm sorry, what? All of the Gundam games are straight up copies and reskins of existing games. The only thought that went into these games is: how can we make a Gundam version of Game-X? Also, once Bamco publishes a game, it's pretty much abandoned. Unless it's a gacha game, then they'll milk players for all they're worth. Also what thought/time/money and knowledge went into NGB? A "True Gundam Enthusiast" wouldn't have let that happen.

@@westonmeyer3110 To be honest, late Master Asia & Domon are already on high-level Super-Robot status. And the fact that it took actual Master Super-Robot to take down Kira in his Real-Robot Strike Freedom is more like a testament to Kira & his Freedom 😅.

Wouldn't compare this to a mushu game. there's always a gundam mushu and it's nothing like this.

This interaction makes me wonder if they have unique dialogue between characters of different series or not. And makes me respect the details and voice acting in this game even more.

Even worse is the fact that it only comes with ONE AGE mobile suit. Would have been nice if they included at least AGE-2 or Legilis.

AGE is one of the most hated Gundam series, that's why they want to make every AGE suit DLC and always start with the FX, which is hated for the pilot. Beg all you want, you won't get any of the good stuff from AGE.

the tiny versions are SD or "Super Deformed" versions (basically chibi but for mobile suits)-they have a whole anime series, like the Musha and Knight gundams

I actually really like the chibi aesthetic, I always wanted an action game that uses that style not just a strategy game, so I'm interested in checking this out

Would be nice if other unique units from the other Gundam Games show up as dlc. Maybe one for Extreme Gundam Types Leos II with Gundam Excellia as tribute to Gundam Extreme. And another one for Phoenix Gundam and Halphas Gundam as tribute to G Generations. Something like that. They managed to get the soundtrack from a lot of previous games so maybe getting units from those is a possibility.

With the ultimate edition being the one for purchase. This is insane. I wished we got more than 35 songs though. So many good ones are not in here and at least one bone headed decision is (gundam syutsugeki, seriously?! Why?). I would love to see 10 years after, daybreak's bell, friends, meteor, invoke, dreams, human touch and white reflection be added at the very least. Sure licensing might be a bitch but come on. These songs are fantastic. Not saying their current 35 songs are bad, well 34 songs (well gundam syutsugeki is not bad just why over so many other better songs?). There are fantastic songs in there that i absolutely love but we need moar!!!!

far from perfect. this game has so many ms missing it's laughable. dynasty warriors gundam had more ms than this. this game is basically a watered down dynasty warriors gundam game where they are going to make us buy the ms we want to use.

@@tasheemthedream4199 there's no full confirmed list. No where was "strike freedom" shown or mentioned before this video. So how do you kn9w what MS' are missing? Sure there will be some are missing but you have no clue what is or is not in here.

@@densetsu4286 strike freedom was announced on their main site way earlier this month mate. there's also a total of 63 suits confirmed as base roster on their site, with several more to be announced + seen in twitter exclusive trailers only. (also, if you're getting the pc version, you can freely replace the games ost with anything you want. just fyi)

@@traidahhsien7378 You are going to need to provide a link to both of these claims cause no where there is a list on 63 mobile suits that I can find on their official site. And nothing about strike freedom. Freedom was announced in a small list that they gave to playstation blog or somewhere news site a month ago. But that's it. So link your source. And your last part that is if the game gets mod support. Given this is a niche product it is a wait and see what type of mods if any comes. And while my pc is very much gaming capable (i5 9600k, rtx 3080 12gb, 32gb ram, 1tb 3500MBps nvme ssd, 2tb sata ssd) I still prefer to play on console. Games take up way to much space and rather my dedicated hardware to take the hit then my pc.

Just get it on playstation and use remote play if you need to play this portable. While not the most visual type of game it will definitely be the worse version of the game. Yes i own the switch but this is a ps5 buy for me.

How did it run on switch? I'm thinking of buying it for switch as well as PS4.

@@buckroger6456 It ran pretty good. No problems for me. It's a very well polished game. I can't say how it runs for pvp but for pve it ran smooth

given the older games developed by Artdink (Gundam Assault Survive from 2010s for PSP) where GM Custom (yes, that 0083 grunt) is RIDICULOUS when properly upgraded, i'm sure it will be the case here.

since this game seemingly share the same universe with the previous Tactic SD Gundam, I think it'll be fine with enough levelling and customizing, even a Ball can defeat Turn A

@@RainStorm148 I didn't realize this was by artdink and is basically a spiritual successor to the PSP battle series, nice. For context though, in those games you can tune up any MS to maxed stats, but only after clearing certain conditions (most of them rely on completing the game at least once). Dunno how it'll be in this game.

you can modifie any suit to make it stronger so all your suits will be customs that can be matched to them.

That and Namco Bandai is all about squeezing out more cash from you with day one DLC. This is what I call cutting content to make a quick buck a.k.a a cash grab. Still I'll get the game but sure as heck won't be buying any dlc.

If they ever make another Gundam Breaker 4, they'll probably add SD Gundams into it as well so you can make your own there.

@@fuelcapgaming5753 Well, Gigguk went to a Preview Event by Bandai Namco where they scanned real Gunpla INTO THE GAME. The gameplay seemed to have similarities to GB3.

@@kelvinorellana3318 when crossrays came out, there was no switch version for the USA. Think there still isn’t. I bought it on steam first then when they made a collected version with all the dlc on the cart, I bought it for the switch.
