I understand they are trying to stop bots but this sucks. I've had an account since September 2020 and I had turned on all of the emailing and notifications. But when I went to check why I didn't receive an email. All of my notifications and email tabs were turned off on my account.

Check your account notification status to ensure they aren't off on Funko's website. Also, emails like the ones Funko sends out can easily end up in your email spam. Hope that helps.

I get lottery emails and I'm in Canada, also check your notification setup on funko's website for your account. If they're enable perhaps disable them, save then re-enable and save again.

What Is the VALID US address???......Is it having an address in the Continental US!....Does Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Island count? Or Not? Please need to Know! So yeah! Thank you!
