SDI Visakhapatnam is presently functioning from its interim campus in the premises offered by Greater Visakha Municipal Corporation through a Special GO vide Govt.of Andhra Pradesh, MA&UD G.O.Rt.No.621 dated 24.10.2016. The campus is spread out in an enclosed area of 3 acres consisting of 3 separate buildings having multiple class rooms, laboratories, hostel, administrative wing, cafeteria, auditorium, counselling rooms, reception etc., with a built up area of appx 74500 Sq.ft.
Besides the main campus, SDI is operating Extension Centres at Anakapalle, Reddipalli, S.Kota, and 2 centers inside Rajahmundry & Visakhapatnam Central Prison to benefit unemployed youth in interior regions.
