Dammit, was hoping for lorraines to be the main arty for the division like in sd1. That unit was what made the div fun to play.

I would have liked if you had at least shown the Recon AR 234 which isn't going to save the division but is at least a cool stand-out unit deserving to be shown in a video about what the division has to offer

Looks lke a good div for my 1914 wargames^^ No tanks and modern planes allowed, pure inf, support (no vehicles) and tons of arty.

Division summary: Strengths - spammable infantry. Weaknesses - yes Overall, this division will perform well on maps where all your opponents have less than 20hrs in the game. It is also great for flexing on your opponents. Try to avoid combat against divisions with armour or double MG infantry.

I mean... we knew it was going to be bad, but jeez.. Now, if we want a way out, TECHNICALLY the division still existed, even after the breakout from Normandy and the Falaise pocket, it continued fighting through bits of France, and ended up in the Colmar pocket, at the southern edge of the front. During all that, it fough side-by-side (or at the very least in close proximity of) tanks or other armoured formations, including a Panzer-Brigade, tho these guys didn't fair great. If we can just put aside the minor fact, that the division's total ration strength (so including rear-area, HQ etc. units) fluctuated between an early-war regiment, and a weakened battalion during this time we could theoretically pull some of that history into it to buff it. Either that, or just give it away for free at this point, as a consolation prize.

Could be a pure breakhrogh div. Even worse than the Festungs-divs. Any good cards in the defence tab?

kinda unqiue but realistically i do not think this div justifies itself over just about any other div in the game unfortunately

I will use all recon cards for armoured cars. No matter the costs.

I love how the none of the divisions are super crazy. Nice with a few weaker but fun divisions for a change.

Looks like one of the weakest divisions. I think they should make Ita freiwillige or Kosaken a double mg unit. From the Eugen showcase these were supposed to be best troops in 716th.

Seems kinda boring division, not many unique units, lots of spam infantry for sure. Probably playable in 2v2 and 3v3 etc, but quite band in pure 1v1 and 10v10 matches.
