Negative prompts don't work like everyone thinks. Generally they shouldn't be used and the field just left blank. You can see a little bit of how they work by setting the CFG to 0. You'll notice that your positive prompts will be ignored and you'll get whatever the model associates with the tokens you've put in the negative prompt. You can also test what kinds of images/elements will be inhibited in your image generation by running individual tokens you normally put in the negative prompt as a positive instead. E.g. people often use "bad hands" but if you generate with just "bad hands" in the positive prompt (no negative) you'll see that it's often realistic looking hands that have some kind of medical issue, or various representations of playing cards. Imagine then you're trying to get an image of people playing cards, but you put "bad hands" in your negative prompt with a high cfg value - you'll likely not get the results you want.
