Correct decision made, these players play Saturdays as well and risk injuries which could affect money they make those days. Health and safety we are told by the fa is always the key, fuck the Sunday league shout, every game is competitive especially in the super league. Big love to the dons from Liverpool. I used to play on a pitch full of stones, we had to walk the pitch and remove them before every game. We could not afford to have it dug up and new soil put in it's place. The FA spends millions on VAR and crap like that, but does not spend money at grass root level.

Baring in mind the size and level of the club/ business it would be financially viable to roll with a non clash plain kit (provided by suppliers for next to nothing surely!?) this would solve this problem for future reference.. this as a business can’t allow this situation to happen again! .. full kit probably cost 100 at worst and is tax deductible so it’s a no brainer guys

100% spitting facts at the end of the episode. Running Sunday league teams are difficult when there’s a lack of pitch availability and decent kits are a ton of money however, if you choose to do a team then you ensure you have it all in place. It’s ridiculous to think one team travelled and didn’t play a game, they should be reported to be honest and fined. Wasted everyone’s time plus the referee still needs some type of payment as well which is normally half the money.

Nice job as usual lads, tbh one thing baffled me regarding the ref. He'd already rightly refused to play the game due to lack of kit & the flint axe heads on the pitch , the confusion arose for ne when some of your guys kept asking if the fame was on off & saying g "We'll play the game" the ref had already told both teams it was off so I don't see why both sides just didn't take his first stance & leave it .
