Sea Day on Easter Week [Galley Tour]. 3,500 Shrimp Cocktails 

Today is our final sea day on our 7 day Wonder of the Seas Eastern Caribbean cruise. It was pretty much a low key day. We booked the galley tour excusrion. After meeting in the dining room we quickly headed out to tour the various areas of the expansive galley. This is were most all of the food excluding the specialty restraints is made, including all of the bread that is baked fresh daily. Interesting fact, the Wonder needs on average 3,500 shrimp cocktails per day. The excursion culminated with brunch in the main dining room.
After our excursion we spent the rest of the day on the pool deck. Being that it's Easter week the ship was sailing at capacity which results in a pool deck that is very crowed on a sea day. We spent some time up there in the early afternoon before heading off to do other things to bypass the crowds. We head back late afternoon/early evening and enjoyed the pools with very few people around.
This evening the girls wanted to go to camp and we enjoyed a delicious steak dinner at Chop's Grille.
