Often the floor is defective, but it can and should be pumped up to 10 PSI or 10 PSI and you should immediately contact the customer care for warranty case.
Great video. I have this same kayak. I’ve had it only a month now and have been working on getting familiar with everything. Glad to see your pump gage moves mine doesn’t change so I’ve had to wing it somewhat. I need to reach out to Sea Eagle for another issue so I might mention the issue with the hand pump. For the Boston valves, just use your fingertip to push down and turn 1/4. Once it pops out, no need for further turning. Reverse to seal again. Kudos for doing he floor first, in some folk's 380x/420x set-up videos the user inflates the hull before the floor, which just makes it harder to do the floor. Thanks for the useful video.
