This is a delightful stretch of coastline close to the South Sutor headland, Cromarty, in the Moray Firth. It was filmed in the summer of 2022 during my solo year long kayak journey around Scotland.
Just want I could do with right now. Getting away from it all in such a peaceful and tranquil setting. Not sure if it is a part of Scotlands coast I have been too. Make me wish my summer holiday on Mull was much closer.
@@NickRayLifeAfloat Had a good washing out of the old cobwebs this weekend as a Volunteer on a Leadership Assessment Weekend. First on the Derwent that was meant to be to be Grade two White Water, but was washed out due to high and very fast flowing water. Never been on White Water and I was in a Touring Boat, which meant I took two swims early into the paddle. Then we were meant to go onto Rutland Water for Part two of the Assessment, but sadly the Assessor badly injured her knee getting out at our get out point. So we ending up having a very calm paddle on the Trent and Mersey Canal instead. As she will be out of Action for quite some time. As our Coaches only have six weeks to complete their Assessment. So hopefully they will find someone to finish of their second half within that time frame. I will be Volunteering again if I can. Everyone on the Assessment said that they would want to run the river in a Touring boat and they all have more experience than me. Probably why they chose Canoes and White Water Boats. I will try it again in boat more suited for it next time. Did me a world of good.
What a beautiful day on the water...blue sky, clear water & beautiful shoreline. I was wondering what the rope hanging over the cave entrance is used for. Always enjoy your video's.
