Hi! I struggle with bulimia as well as anorexia so I lack a lot of the vitamins and minerals my body needs. Most multivitamin will make me throw up due to lack of food in my body when I take them so i’ve been looking into some alternatives and that’s when I came across your channel :) Do you think sea moss will be helpful for getting those nutrients I need plus helping heal some of the damage i’ve done to my stomach lining?

I usually just mix chlorella with water and have it. I haven’t tried it in a smoothie.
