Excellent! Best info on Sea Scouting I’ve heard! Thank you. I’ve been involved in BSA 11 years now, 9 years in Sea Scouts. My 3 sons and I have worked with several different ships over the years. We’ve been through the ups and downs of legacy ships and fledgling ships, experienced and novice adult leaders. Trying to understand the programs, I’ve gone through Wood Badge, Sea Badge, NYLT courses then became staff on all those. I’m still learning, trying to promote Sea Scouts and teach people how it works. I’ve been a professional Sea Captain for over 30 years on traditional sailing ships, and can attest that the sea scout program is valuable. I appreciate your video because it describes the program better than I have been able to.
