Sea-Tac airport used ~$40,000 worth of bags of dog food to test their new luggage conveyor belts. Dog food was getting close to expiration date but would hopefully be donated to Seattle Animal Shelter and Northwest Harvest.
The VCR which recorded this in 2009 was not clean which caused the poor audio present in this clip.
