I took my own camera but they also document the experience for you so if you’re not able to capture things, just know they can! :)

you kindaaaa scuba dive during the helmet dive (as shown in the video)...I really recommend this. I had a great time + it was such a unique experience. I feel like scuba diving is one of those excursions you could commonly find.

for this specific excursion, they were very kind and encouraged us to do what made us happiest (as long as we respected their rules and weren't harming anyone)... they even allowed us to view all our photos before choosing to purchase or not :)

100%! ❤️ idk how to swim either. for the snorkeling, they give you pool noodles so you could float (he could take his own life vest, as well). for the main event, you're walking the entire time. Your focus should be on controlled breathing and following rules... the helmet will allow you to breathe underwater, the rails will help you know where you're walking and the (multiple) instructors will personally guide everyone. also, there are professional divers there to assist incase of an emergency, any questions, etc. ... w/ all this said, I really encourage you + your husband enjoying this experience even tho he can't swim! 🥰

@@nochillnalaappreciate this video so much! Am thinking of doing something similar and can’t swim, most things I see are snorkeling and I don’t feel as comfortable doing that not being able to swim. This is random but did you or anyone else you noticed have issues fitting the helmet? My friend said she doesn’t want to go because she saw a review on TikTok saying the helmet doesnt fit if you have braids…

Yup, water-shoes are mandatory! I’d suggest bringing your own bc if not, you have to wear the ones they provide.
