Well someone has to do it - as ever a tough life if you don't weaken a better one if you do!! It will I think become a classic profile. The bow profile from the drone shots is just gorgeous. The sort of boat one could wish to disappear with and mysteriously never return. Wonderful episode and obvious as I said when you did the tour you yourself liked this one.

Such a great looking boat. It’s interesting when you are trying to check around you it’s a bit of a pain compared to a fly bridge or open cockpit like your boat, lots of pillars and structure in your way. Saying that if I had one I would live with it ❤

Great sea trial Nick, thank you. From the running shots, it looked to me as if the Targa 40 features fairly chubby bow sections and due to that the boat bounced over waves rather than cutting through them. But the plump bow affords a voluminous stateroom, so it may well be a worthwhile compromise.

We see the beauty of the interior of these boats so often and they’re amazing features, but isn’t all that often we actually get to see the performance you talk about when you show the engine rooms. Great video, and it’s clear a ball doing this one you know with a bit of a nudge and a wink they might give you a really good discount off this thing if you kept featuring it 😉🤣👍

Brilliant drone work! I assume the drone pilot was the one sent to ensure you (Nick) returned with the boat in a timely manner? She has a bigger ship look in a small package that is quite pleasing to the eye. That coming from someone who does not like sport style boats, way to go Targa 40!

Hi Nick. Notwithstanding this is a very handsome craft.... with lovely lines :) Except the plumb bow..... (YUK...buy the 45!) and beautifully built....it seems ...... everyone who has driven this boat has been ducking and weaving to try and get a decent view from the helm...??? unless they poke their head out of the roof....??? Seems like a good boat for warmer climes like here in Australia and Florida , the Med etc. I do also worry about the structural integrity of these flipper hull sides..... but then I am an old fart....... so I couldn't be bothered with the rear covers either..... Cheers S.

Dear Nick, it looks good on you! However, I think the running costs would be huge and you wouldn’t get to enjoy it as you would be working all the time! Unless Fairline loaned it to you for an extended trial.
